The listings going around for all three are last year's. Amherst's rule of the last Sunday in October points to the 25th, but the town has not posted it. The museum's page is locked, and the Fine Arts Center page is from the 2025 season.

Florence's schedule still carries last year's weekday. The Whately event page cannot be read without a login. The Inn says its murder mystery dinner moved to October with dates to come.

The seance's date shows only in a medium's feed, with no price or end time on any organiser's page. Village Green lists the weekend's activities but no hours, and does not say it is open beyond campers and registered visitors.

Wanted this to be a measured claim rather than a vibe. Nothing verified yet.
Just after the month ends: Franklin County CiderDays runs November 6 to 8 across Franklin County. Everyone assumes it is an October weekend. It is not.
